I disagree with most of these.

Seems that you just picked some old manga/anime and said that they're underrated because they've been done years ago hence the quality isn't going to be as good as current shows.

I think 20th Century Boys should get one. Music is a big part of the story and an anime can make way for great audio. The story is created by the same person who wrote Monster and I like that anime adaptation. If they can do the same thing with 20th CB that would be great.
