Most under rated ninjas

ok heres what I think are most unde rated
1.SO6P-People say madara can defeat him
2.Hashi-ems madara fanboys fighting that regular madara owns him and he lost on purpose
3.Killer Bee- I see a lot of threads trolling him
4.Kabuto- Fanboys hating on him
5. Sauske- he has ems he owns itachi. Well i wont get deep in this ill be called a fanboy

1. killer bee
2. kabuto

these are the only 2 im seeing being under rated constantly

the constantly over rated characters are

1. sasuke
2. naruto
3. kabuto - sometimes
4. hiruzen !!!
