Have you ever read the nightmare dectetive? Its a short manga with only 9 volumes in total, but there is one point in the manga were he knows this other guy with a similar ablity that he has to enter nightmares, but he creates the perfect world for people, like if someone is old, they just enter this room and become young again. But I think you should read it and see WHY it is a bad idea to put the world into a infinite Tsukuyomi.
