I will vouch for Neji.

He analysed and mastered the most powerful hyuuga techniques by himself as a branch member through observation. He pretty much surpassed most of the main branch when he learned those moves. He also posesses the most powerful byakugan. He is the most powerful branch member and is probably right along side hiashi as the most powerful hyuuga.

Minato because he is a very powerful kage who was considered to be a once a generation genius.

Lee because he is a ninja who is powerful despite only being capable of using taijutsu. He is unique and considered a genius of hard work.
