lightning release- Kakashi(created a S-Rank technique on his own, the A-rank version of the jutsu was enough to break thru Raikage's lighting armour and impress him). I don't put Darui because he inherited his raiton techniques, so i don't consider that as talent

wind release- So far we know, Danzou. He has shown incredible versatility

Give me another plausible reason why he would be second only to Hashirama within the Senju Clan, and the strongest in Konoha during his tenure as Hokage, when we know there were several other Kage-level shinobi during his time as well.
