What do you think is the most successfull as teacher in naruto like jiraya tsunade orochimaru iruka kakashi bee or hokages or others

In my opinion third hokage is the most sucçessfull and i also like iruka as a teacher

I would say tsunade.

She created one of the strongest shinobi's from the weakest shinobi.

She didn't fail with her student too for example Kakashi let sasuke escape konoha.

Madara, Jiraya or Iruka. All taught more then techniques and stuff that affected the decisions their pupil made.

1)Jiraya/Kakashi, they are what made Naruto himself. The first led him on the path of peace, and the second taught him friendship and teamwork, and gave him the resolution to fight for his friends even if he has to die.
2)Bee, he led him on the path of becoming friend with bijuu. Taught him how to use KCM too and figjht his hatred.
3)Iruka, the first to make him understand he could be loved.
4)Orochimaru/Tsunade? What did they really do apart of teaching skills?
5)Sandaime, he was unlucky.

But yeah the best is indeed Gai !

I'd say that it's Madara. I mean, Obito was not bad but he was pretty average. Fast-forward to some years later on, he's fighting Minato and pressuring him.

? I agree with her being the strongest Kunoichi but her being the strongest woman does not mean she is one of the strongest in NV. Her skills are only based on raw power. She has nothing making her on par with a Kage like Gaara or Oonoki, Danzo.

Gai for me. Not only is he a great teacher in terms of teaching skills, he also encourages his students to find their own way and fully supports them. He's pretty much the ideal teacher.

Tsunade and Orochimaru are also great at teaching skills tho. Just compare P1 Sakura and Sasuke to their early Shippuden versions.

Also, agreed, Ay and Gai are good teachers. I'd pick the latter though, he transformed Lee into a badass and is very supportive of his pupils.
