Jiraiya's death was a bit sorrowful for me more than the rest, with Kakashi's following close after. Though I like Jiraiya and Kakashi evenly because they both have unique attributes.

But the moment that got me the most was the last part of Naruto meeting his Mom.

The part of her story, with the Kyuubi impaling her and Minato with his claw, along with her last words to Naruto and Minato's "Listen to your motor-mouth mother".

THEN all the thank yous after that really moved me since I grew up pretty much without my dad. Even wishing that my dad was like Minato (not LIKE him because that would be corny in real life).
