who has the most skill/intelligence/experience that you know of?
IMO its the emperor of mankind from WH40k.
it is rumored that the emperor was actually notorious figures in human history such as jesus and napoleon bonaparte. so theres that.
in any case, he is at least 50 000 years old. and most of that time was spent conquering and uniting humanity under himself, and conquering surrounding planets.
he is a super-genius in engineering, mechanics, and science, creating clones of himself called the primarchs, and developing a new golden age of human technological advancement. he created galactic devices to beat back evil gods, is a master strategist, master tactician and an accomplished leader of men and armies.
he uses a powered sword in combat.
