TOP 5

1) Itachi being good. Honestly, could it be any other? At the time this whole 'Kill Itachi' was one of the biggest plot-points in the entire series, definitely the longest on-going. There was so much build up and the the fight is still the most 'personal' yet in the series imo. Hardly anyone saw this twist coming and that's because of all the build up. Sasuke being tortured, Itachi killing his family, Sasuke leaving the village just to get strong so he can kill his brother - we all thought it was because Itachi was evil.

2) Madara, the sixth coffin. While there were quite few theories and quite a few people did think that it being Madara was likely - It was still a big shock to me.

3) Hokage?! "I'm going to become Hokage" - Sasuke.

4) Tobi = Obito? A lot of people thought that it was Obito from the start, but even more thought that thinking it was Obito made no sense. That's why It was a shock to me. I got myself absorbed into the hype and went past the simple option of who Tobi is and I was absorbed into all the crazy theories.

5) Kakashi killing Rin. That first panel of Kakashi piercing Rin's chest. Nuff said.
