Most Sasuke fans are Madara fans and vice versa?

I mean is it because Sasuke is so similar to Madara and is basically a "good/neutral" version of him, a Madara 2.0

If there is another character that I would call "Lord" that would be none other than Uchiha Madara.

I'm a Sasuke fan but I'm really ambivalent to Madara. He could have been so much more. I'm at the point I just want Sasuke to get a power-up already and defeat Madara since he is darker Sasuke, while Naruto defeats Obito aka Dark Naruto. Madara's just an enemy I want to see defeated, so Sasuke can reach the next stage of his development. I don't look forward to seeing Madara.
