lmfao..... failed thread....... i disagree with how u placed orochimaru...... Someone who just dont die like Oro should be number 1. Orochimaru is the ultimate villian..... edo madara cant even compare with that. And seriously, why would u even put gay hiruzen in top 20. he is such a big joke and u and the other idiots always talk about his "prime" and yet dont even kno wat he's capable of during his prime. Until it is shown wat he can do during his prime, then I will say that he is considerable for the top ninjas. Otherwise, he's a joke.

2. Edo Madara - Can make as many Susano clones as he wants, which can outnumber Kabuto's army by far.

3. Obito - Since prime Kabuto has been marked by white zetsu there is no where for him to hide. Obito will find him and obliterate while other Edo gain concious.
4. Kabuto - Edo army

5. Naruto - Naruto would outlast any top 6-20. He doesnt have any talent nor intelligents, pure stamina/chakra is whats going to get him through.
6. Nagato - Rinnegan user.
7. Prime Hiruzen - Old Hiruzen beat the Senju brothers so he earns the spot.
8. Hashirama - The strongest of his era.
9. Sasuke - EMS was able to fight on even grounds against Hashirama, but Sasuke is rather new with this technique so he's ranked lower
10. Itachi - Legendary weapons, KA and high level genjutsu user. Ranked lower, because of sickness.

High Kage level

11. Minato - Deadly, but one dimensional.
12. 3rd Raikage - There are only a few people who can harm him.
13. Hanzo - Prime Hanzo was toying with Legendary Sannins
14. Onoki - Jinton user who doesnt know when to give up.
15. Jiraiya - Jiraya can beat anyone if he has enough intel on you. His strength, chakra and intelligents are superb.

Kage

16. 2nd Hokage - Strong Suiton user who can also summon Edo and teleport.
17. Orochimaru - He will survive, no matter what you throw at him.
18. Kisame - Bijuu chakra and absorb abilities which can help him fight whole day long.
20. 4th Raikage - Speed and strength on a nother level.

Edo Madara is above Kabuto but yet Edo Madara is Kabuto's creation fail. Orochimaru at 17 hell no his above Hashirama due to edo tensei. Minato > Sasuke and Itachi. Naruto has alot of talent and intelligence figuring out the Raikage's weakness with only a bit of knowledge. Outsmarting Pain by transforming himself into the Raenshuriken etc and im not even going to disprove the "he dosen't have any talent" statement.
