Obito has Izanagi so even if he was in normal form he would have survive to Gojo Kibaku Fuda. ( but after this , he couldn't use Kamui because he would lose his Sharingan and in the Battelfield he can't change his eyes like a suit lol )
But with this Jutsu Tobirama could at his time destroy a Battelfield which contain a full shinobi army. Random shinobi can't resist to this.
I imagine Tobirama send against Iwa forces for example two or three Iwa shinobi reanimated , they think that they are their comrade but they activate Gojo Kibaku Fuda.
Tobirama was a genius.
