Nagato lacks chakra

How does he lack chakra when he fueld 6 dead bodies via chakra and destroyed a whole village and revived the very same people he had just killed. He might have been sickly but chaka supply wasnt a factor in his demise...oh, and using that tech to requires a large amount of chakra consumption and if he ever does lack chakra he can just take it from anyone anyway
