1. Shisui-- his genjutsu ability is on another level then any other uchiha so far shown he can literally stop someone from attacking him and they won't even know why
2. Itachi-- so far I can't think of anything that can get past the yata mirror and who can stop them selves from being sealed by the sword of totsaka
3.Obito -- Obito before becoming a jinchuricki fought 2 jonins(guy and kakashi) and 2 jinchuriki(killer B and naruto) also he is damn near impossible to hit also has the ability to one shot with kamui
4. Madara -- not talking about Edo his ability to switch from sharringan to EMS to Rinnegan metor technique is out window because it would kill him.
5.Sasuke -- true genius

I would say that Madara's perfect susanoo could crush the yata mirror. Then Shisui after Madara. I think only because of his beast genjutsu would be placed in front of Itachi. I think it goes like this
