From the last chapter even Kaguya confirmed Itachi is the best.

Itachi > Kaguya

Ninja Aids > Itachi

That makes Ninja Aids the greatest enemy of Naruto. I think after Kaguya's defeat Ninja Aids is going mysteriously appear and both Naruto and Sasuke will have to fight it together.
