I keep going through my head with the possibilities of how Madara's eyes will change.

1) His two rinnegans combining into the nine tomoe eye and his two sockets bearing Kaguya's byakugan.

2) His two rinnegans with a third rinnegan like Hagoromo

3) Both the kamui sharingans with a third nine tomoe eye.

And then I remembered the demon with five eyes behind Itachi...

I more than doubt this will be the case, but what if Madara will have two byakugans, both the kamui MS and the nine tomoe eye that possesses the six paths and his MS techs we've seen as well as those we haven't seen. And he will be able to combine all these doujutus to create new ones.
