Most Powerful Kyuubi Host

Which Naruto character would be the most powerful shinobi if they were the Kyuubi's host?

Conditions:
1. It can be any character
2. The Kyuubi's and shinobi's relationship would be parallel to that of Bee's and the 8 Tails.
3. 100% of the Kyuubi would be sealed inside of the shiobi.

Well that would be Hashirama, as he is extremely powerful and any other character with 9 tails would still be below him. While its not a fair choice, it comes off to me as the logical one.

Honestly, Naruto kicks ass as a host. One of the reasons he is a good host is because he is an Uzumaki, and also, possibly because his mom was one. I'm not sure that the last one was stated in the manga, but I'm pretty sure the other reason was mentioned in the manga. Let us not forget that being a good host with that kind of relationship with the tailed beast requires a certain kind of person. Keeping that in mind, I think that other than Naruto, a younger Nagato, Killer Bee or maybe Kushina herself, if she had lived would make great hosts. Hinata might make a really good host too. I have to give props to the one who mentioned the Hyuga for that idea, really.

But other than that I think the perfect host for Kyuubi would be minato...just imagine how he could variate his skills like naruto does in Kyuubi mode
