Also if you would notice, I said 'after current performance'. His current peeformance was standing there like a statue and getting pierced by a sword from an enemy who was not durable enough to tank Sakura's attack. I rate that very very fodderish level and thus I decreased his rating. If you would take his 'performance till date' , i.e. consider peak performance in his lifetime, he would neg all the Kages combined.

How would the kages this isn't including Gaara or the Current Raikage fair against the same attack put in the exact same spot as Naruto behind Sasuke?

Other then Naruto being at the very top, every other placement is speculation. The same applies to every list in this thread. We have no idea how much these individuals have grown, and what techniques they may have. Also Darui having the elemental advantage over Gaara means nothing at all.
