These are what I believe are the Top 10 best Jutsu's in Naruto. These Jutsu's aren't in order since all Jutsu have a weakness and it's hard to say which one is better than another.

With only one Rinngean Madara Uchiha can create 1 Limbo Clone with both Rinnegan at his Disposal he can create Five Limbo Clones.

Chibaku Tensei is a technique granted by the Rinnegan where the user creates a center of gravity and it will draw in everything in it's surroundings creating an enormous Satellite. When used by Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki a moon sized Satellite can be created. It can be used to seal away opponents or as an offensive attack.
