3. Chibaku Tensei - depending on the caster, it can seal away deities.
4. Dimensional Shifting - if you don't have Kamui, you're boned
5. Edo Tensei - potential world conqueror
6. Kamui - greatest defense and a stellar offense
7. Limbo Hengoku - unless you have the Sage's power, you literally won't see this attack coming
8. Ōnmyoden - can destroy almost anything. Only weakness is Senjutsu and even then it can combat it
9. 8 Gates - can shatter a Juubi Jinchuriki, downside is it's a suicide tech.
10. Shinsūsenju - big ol Buddha

Databook says Raikrii cuts anything and manga supports that, therefore it can cut Chibaku Tensei open, cut the moon and end Infinite Tsukuyomi, slice Gudodama, cut its own hole back to real world to escape Kaguya Dimension Shifting, etc.

Until you prove Raikiri does not live up to its hype, you can not refute these manga facts.

If you mean power by actual raw destruction or effect sure IT and kaguya's TSB can take it.
