how many of these threads are ppl going to make, no offense i know that u are new... But the answer would be it depends on the user and the circumstances of a fight. But as stated in the manga the strongest is the rinnegan and nagato said so himself that his power is nothing compared to the sage of six paths so i would have to say that the sage was the best doujutsu user who ever lived. But if i have to answere bluntly i would say sharingan> byakuagan anytime just becuz of the genjutsu abilities they have and the 2 further stages u can evolve em to... But i would like to see neji taking the byakugan to a new level.

controls gravity
unables all 5 chakra natures
gives u the ability to use more body's
u can give life to others
take ther soul's
and it can create the moon damn it
plus gives hell lot of chakra and the ability to kill even if u dont now how to fight!!!!
plus some sharingan and byakugan ability's
come on its obviusly the strongest!!!!

There is already a thread made about it, hyuuga doujutsu doesnt match up to the other two, not even close.
Rinnegan has alot of potential, but only 1 person each 100 years have it or something, therefore sharingan has potential, because people of uchiha can pass down the secrets of the sharingan, and rinnegan ppl cant. sharingan has very powerful techs, but rinnegan has all the tech you can imagine, there is no limit to what tech you can think of.

rinnegan can any jutsu right, im damn sure there is a jutsu to seal away kyuubi, and susanoo is easily dealt with chibaku tensei, the susanoo user prolly die of chakra exhaustion in there.

Dont bring the users into this discussion, its about the eye techs potentials and powers.Yeah if the user is half blind, wanting to lose, and keep surviving only because of medicine and the riinegan user is aware of the abilities of Susanoo.

nagato wasnt very healthy himself, remember? he cant walk....exactly my point... susanno is so bad if the user is in such a bad situation as itachi.... a healthy user would have no problem dying like itachi
