Megellan's DF. I believe it's Doku Doku. He solo'd Black Beard's entire crew. They'd be dead if they didn't receive the antidote. In a real fight though, there'd be no cure. If they give that ability to someone a bit faster, it's over.

Haxed DF's shouldn't be counted as powerful DF's. So they should be excluded. Sugar, Bonney, Kuma, Megallen and Teach's fruits fall under that. I would say the most powerful is WB's Gura Gura.

I was wondering about Sugar's DF ability. I remember when Rayleigh first introduced Haki to Luffy, he demonstrated CoA as an ARMOR. then he mentioned that it can be used for attacking too. So I wonder if someone uses CoA against Sugar's touch , would they be safe from becoming a toy ?!?

OT : One of the most haxed DF IMO is Noro Noro (Foxy's DF) !! man , just give that DF to someone strong and he would exterminate everybody !
