1. No, it wasn't a simple Kunai. It was a Raikiri. And no, he wasn't fodderized, he is being controlled by Madara's Will implanted on the White Zetsu to turn it into a Black Zetsu.

2. Maybe, but after the first apparition of Izanagi, I already expected its counter part, Izanami. I know something about the folklore...
