Underrated: Sasori, as it seems. Hashirama, as crazy as it may sound. The Oto Quintett.

Can't be really said though, since every character is overrated on one hand, but underrated on the other hand.

I'd gotta say that the most overrated ninja would have to be...Hiruzen, especially lately. I go by feats, not hype, and that guy has a LOT of hype.

Most underrated HAS to be the second Mizukage. He tied in a battle against Muu who tons of people have in their top 10's or better, and yet the Mizukage gets absolutely NO credit at all. Without a doubt the most underrated character of all.

Who is the most overrated character that is generally overlooked in the narutoverse? I've seen a lot of threads recently overrating mū and I can so why because his abilities are so unique, but also have some flaws to them.
