Itachi and Minato are still overrated even now, but Itachi was more overrated in 2012 and Minato in 2013 imo. Right now, I think that Sasuke is starting to beat both in that department. U_U

I would say all the Uchihas we have seen are, everyone here thinks ms jutsus can 1 shot but amaterasu tskuyomi KA and even kamui have not killed anyone. Even when Obito kamuid Danzos guards they would have been alive in the other dimension, Naruto and Sakura are there right now. Then it would be Minato and Tobirama with their ftg.
