Most overrated/ hyped characters?

-Hiruzen all hype no feats
-Minato Ay couldve beat him but he had to also worry about bee , the one who actually got tagged wit ftg. ay soloes
-Gai Gai is pretty cool even tho in order for him to put a dent in an enemy he has to die. Stop hyping him. Your gonna make people dislike him

Most underrated
-Kisame, i think we can all say that hes > = itachi , and he knows everything about him even to the point when he knows for a fact hes in tsukuyomi. Wit samehada in his side and they way itachi uses his chakra. He can pretty much **** him up
-Darui, can slay any seven ninja swordsman mid diff at max besides kisame. Black lightning and storm style. Overkill
-Mifune, Head samurai, clever and good wit his sword for an old man im guessing hes slightly older than the sannin and defeated Hanzo a man who toyed wit them and couldve killed them if he wanted to
-Kakazu , went toe to toe wit prime hashi & lived,has 5 hearts of all elements etc.,

Hiruzen does not need his feats. Because he knows all jutsu to ever exist in his village one can come to the obvious conclusion that no one can beat him.

I think Darui, Kitsuchi, and Mifune are extremely underrated and deserve so much more respect. They are all Kage level if you ask me. Darui defeated the Gin Kin bros essentially singled handedly were people like Tobirama and Nidaime Raikage were left on verge of death. Considering FTG, they shouldn't have been able to even touch him yet they did and it goes to show exactly how powerful Darui is for beating them both. Kitsuchi's Mountain Sandwhich solos 99% of the Narutoverse. Its even bigger than Juubi. Nuff said. Mifune is on par with Hanzo, who solo'd the sannin all in their prime but let them live because he was afraid if he killed them he would face Prime Hiruzens wrath.

Over Rated: Everyone with the last name Uchiha, and Hiruzen
Underrated: I agree ith Mifune, Darui, and Kisame, I also think IIzuna and Tobirama are underrated. I believe that during the time if izuna that Toibrama, Hashirama, Madara, Izuna were all equally strong as each other. Madara even praised Tobirama for being the fastest ninja when they were alive, knowing that only reason he was able to stay with him was cuz of the power ups from hashirama senjutsu stealing. If minato is an example of what moving fast means, he was giving a retreat on sight order DURING WAR TIMES!
