The most over rated is sages son, Izuna , Hiruzen. First 2 we know nothing of. The last from what we have seen is a fodder if you ask me.

Obito said Itachi ceaselessly amazed him.

Kabuto said Itachi had "true ocular power," unlike any other Uchiha.

Kabuto also said nobody was more suitable for his Edo Tensei.

Black Zetsu, or Madara's essence, said Itachi was invincible in battle due to his legendary items.

And there's many other instances.

The legitimacy can be argued based on fandom, but those compliments are notable.

His fire and water jutsu can be easily countered by the majority of the main shinobi in the manga right now.

Yasaka's Magatama isn't that strong compared to other attacks.

Shadow Clones suck for almost everyone except Naruto.

I don't see how his speed is underrated.

Sasuke's Amaterasu is better than Itachi's (Enton).

i did not say anything about his Amateratsu being better , i said he uses it more practically

his speed is underrated , he is in the top 10 list of being Fast , He Simply Jumped behind bee and Naruto

He can still make at least two clones of himself , each capable of the Same techniques

He uses his fire and water techniques for Base attack/defense , countering techniques of the opponent

I doubt obito has gone all out yet. Remember he still has mokuton and his firestyle to use and he was taught by madara himself. All we've seen him do so far was taijutsu and kamui and still managed to own just about everyone so far......he's saving the best for last. I'd say he deserves to be in top 10.

Magatama wasn't compared to TBB or FRS, Itachi just said use your strongest long range jutsu.

As for clones, his best techniques (MS techniques) can't be used effectively with clones due to twice the amount of chakra drain.

That was Kabuto comparing him to other Uchiha, not himself/

Zetsu is Zetsu not Madara, so his statement does not count for Madara; and invincible is a hyperbole.

i do not know what would Happen , but i think it will not be a failure , even 1 shadow clone with his Susanoo will be OP

His Final trick up his sleeve is a Last Minute Jutsu - Izanagi/Izanami

His illness affects his health and stamina, not his chakra.

Got proof that they are "much" higher than Kakashi's?

The problem isn't that he has low chakra, it is that he doesn't have the chakra to go around making Susanoo shadow clones...which would result in him losing twice the chakra it takes to keep Suasnoo up..along with other MS techniques.

Tsunade and A have more chakra than Itachi. So he can't be compared to ANY other Kage (chakra wise).

Izanagi won't give a victory against a lot of people, same with Izanami (which Itachi stated is too risky for battle).

And Magatama wasn't even implied to be on FRS level, he just used his most powerful long range attack, I don't see how Kishi tried to imply anything like what you're saying.
