Most overrated and underrated ninja

Over-rated: A tie between Minato & Itachi.

Under-rated: Probably Karin.

1st answer is obvious. Both teams say how their respective characters can solo or are simply the best. It gets annoying after a while.

2nd. Karin is able to not only track multiple & far away chakra, at the same time but she can also gauge a person by how their chakra "Tastes" or "Smells". She is also an Uzumaki making her have extreme longevity and able to master high level sealing jutsu. Add that to the fact she can heal others by allowing them to bite designated parts of her arm and suck on her chakra, and you have a character that has been seriously neglected in both the anime/ manga and the games.

She has had 1 moment to herself when she wasn't fawning over Sasuke and it was the Chuunin exams. And guess who was there. Sasuke. In the games it's even worse. Her best Jutsu is a perfume spray (Storm Series). Her best Ultimate is a poison gas and explosive tag combo (UNImpact) and her combos are sub par with slaps and kicks and nothing else.

I like Karin but so far she has been nothing more than fan service and a plot device for Sasuke to try and kill then apologize.

kakashi is the most underated, he would have killed the demonic statue and then the jubi if not for obito and people still think he can't beat base naruto. And don't tell me he can't take out the juubi's head with kumai because he has already shown he can warp the full hachibi.

kakashi said, ''this time, i'll make the juubi vanish'', doesnt really mean kakashi can make the juubi vanish. Obito challenged him to a fight because he was a threat and not because he can harm the juubi.

I agree many people won't bash the third because he was a kage afterall but behind closed doors he is very underated. Plus he was old as fu** when he fought them.
