how is tobirama underrated. his has No Suiton feats and only FTG and Explosive and he make it to top 10

Hashirama's physical attacks won't work, especially Shin Sūsenju, since Kabuto can turn to liquid with Hōzuki-style. Also, his pollen will remain ineffective since he can sense it and travel inside Manda to attack him.

He can use Muki Tensei to even disrupt Mokuton.

Just because it's made of chakra, doesn't mean it's necessarily 'living'. Also, he can make the ground open in V-shape and swallow it if he can't at least control it.​

Overrated:

1. MS Obito (Recently he's been so overrated that it's not even funny)
2. Itachi Uchiha
3. Kakashi (KAMUI!!!)
4. Minato (Both living and as edo)
5. Kakuzu (Most people think he's superior to Sasori and Deidara, I think that's bullshit!!)
6. Danzo (Without KA) (Izanagi isn't all that great and Baku is the second most overrated summon after Katsuyu)
7. Tsunade (Katsuyu and Byakugo puts her here. People forget that she's relatively slow)
8. Sasuke (Low cause only very few fanboys overrate him, most people don't)
9. Prime Hiruzen
10. Shino (Cause of that Bug Parasite thing)

Underrated:

1. Mifune (Super fast and a super skilled swordsman, yet most people consider him fodder)
2. Old Hiruzen (Prime Hiruzen might be overrated, but Old Hiruzen is underrated by the majority)
3. Yagura (Completely forgotten by most people)
4. Konan
5. Healthy Kimimaro (People forget how sick he actually was, without that sickness he'd be a beast!!)
6. Healthy Nagato (People don't realize how OP he would be if he was healthy and could move freely)
7. Tobirama (Very Underrated by some people, however he also has some crazy fanboys)
8. Neji (A few crazy people say he's kage level, but most others underestimate him)
9. 3rd Raikage (Super powerful defense, super powerful offense and great speed, yet some people don't consider him top 15)
10. Sakura (Underrated by her HATERS!!!)

False. It's not a summoning.

There was no smoke nor blood used. Also, Mokuryū can be still controlled, since it has no leaves and is artificial, indicating that there no life inside.​
