overrated: uchiha madara some people even think madara is the strongest character in the whole series but he is not because when he fought hashirama he used the kyuubi yet he was at near death state
underrated: orochimaru because he just lost to sasuke because of the shiki fuinj

Not one of you can intelligently claim that Madara is overrated. Thus far he has lived up to the hype. He effortlessly used the Sharingan and Rinnegan in battle, he swatted away Naruto's most powerful attack, he beat the five kage like they were children, and even the Juubi's "world-ending" power only seemed to bore him. When the Edo Kage showed up to combat the Juubi the man literally sat and said he would wait until Hashirama is finished.

Being a tard isn't fashionable no matter how many of you seem to think so.
