[Question] Most overrated and most underrated character in OP

Overrated - Marco, Mihawk, Shanks, Law, Whitebeard (only by a few people but when I see things like Whitebeard can defeat Garp and Roger it annoys me) Kizaru and Coby.

Underrated - Garp, Smoker, Akainu, Teach, Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Hancock, Crocodile, Enel and Shiliew.

Underrated : vice-admirals

overrated; blackbeard has an awesome DF's but he's clumsy and out of shape

Overrated: I dunno.
Underrated: Enel and Crocodile because they were defeated early on.

Overrated: Law, Enel, Kizaru, Ace

Underated: Magellan, Robin, Caeser Clown
