I feel like Kisame is over powered. Absorbs ninjutsu and chakra by just touching,30% of his chakra was compared to Narutos chakra, can heal from torse being blow wide open. Make a giant water dome. make 1000 shark. Has one of the most OP jutsu giant shark missle(can absorb chakra and ninjutsu). Has a fusion were he says he has no weakness and becomes faster, can sense and absorbs chakra on a greater lvl
