NAgato stated Kisame has the most chakra.... as in he already has them.. not him absorbing chakra from Samehada....... lol. Hell he even survived the Daytime Tiger and did those jutsus X_X.

Kisame has the most chakra but nobody can say he was trolled during the Guy fight. Before the fight he took chakra from Aoba and Samehada. Bringing him to full power. Plus he was on an ISLAND. Sharj guy, Island., Suiton user. Thats almost like Gaara in a desert.

The fact is Guy over powered him.

Kisame still has massive amounts of chakra though.
