I would say Minato. (i'm not a hater, but it's true)

Minato has like 3 tech Rasengan, FTG, and RDS not really hard to beat. ]

Here comes the logic.

Minato throws Kunai with FTG seals. Itachi Katon jutsu burns seals off Kunai. Minato cant teleport like the bitchh he is and gets owned.

Lmao second time I've seen that fail argument. If it was as easy as just burning his seals he wouldn't have been considered so powerful. Not only that but Minato always had seals placed in and around the battlefield. It would be impossible for his opponent to simply locate all of them and burn them.

What makes you think that Minato wouldn't be able to FTG to a kunai, take it, and FTG to another one before said fire user could burn the seal off anyway? He could probably do that easily. He's more than fast enough to get it before any regular fire jutsu hits it. Only amaterasu would be fast enough, and good luck using amaterasu numerous times to burn all of the seals, lol


Read the manga bro, Raikage said that he didn't think anyone would ever be able to surpass minato.

As for the most overrated im going to have to say Itachi and Hiruzen. Itachi because it's common for me to see people arguing he could beat Nagato/6 paths of pain which is just retarded, and Hiruzen because all we've seen is old man Hiruzen which was impressive but not that amazing, and we've never seen the mystical "prime Hiruzen" everyone talks about

I see Kisame overrated quite often as well, mostly just by Kisame fanboys.

The thing is Minato is overestimated cause people that overestimate him say that he can beat anyone with only the moves that he has shown
Now a few things
No he cant,he is beast no doubt but alot of people have counters for his technique
But what people dont seem to get is that there is no way thats all he knows
But we cant say what else he knows since it was not shown and its stupid to give him made up jutsus
He is hard to rank simply because u have so little jutsus to base him on
But its still amazing to see how many people he can beat with what he has only shown us
We dont even know his chakra nature nor any jutsus that go with it

People seem to forget that Hashirama is only getting mega hype for now because of where the story is at soon when the focus shifts else where another character is going to start getting a similar amount of hype and the same bs arguments will continue it's only ever temporary hype for the characters Hiruzen got his Minato had his and now it's Hashi's turn get over it.

Minato in my eyes is still underrated. People just don't seem to realize how effective FTG can be when used by someone as intelligent as Minato.

its you who didn't realised minato is overestimate. if naruto change to minato shippuden then we would seen minato weakness and seen how much limit minato do.. @bold - raikage said it as for speed.. the fact is minato is not strongest.. 5th hokage is strongest. naruto is the strongest with everything.. power, charka, strength etc..
