Itachi would make the best Jinchuriki Juubi. Itachi saved Sasuke with Izanami. Sasuke would not be alive without the Izanami technique which Sasuke did not know but hopefully learned from Itachi. Kabuto came back to save Sasuke because Izanami made him accept himself and his fate from his actions. He woke up when he did so and directly came to save Sasuke. Itachi chose not to kill Kabuto and instead use the Izanami technique for the very purpose of later saving his brother and inturn saving the world. Itachi Uchiha may have been that smart. All juubi jinchuriki's have been uchihas and madara did that for a reason. Why did he not make a zetsu jinchuriki? Its Uchiha + brains = best juubi jinchuriki. Jutachi

Imagine Hidan becoming the Juubi's Jinchuuriki. If one part of his body is cut off, the Juubi's regenerative power is going to recover it. He can speed blitz a lot of people and take their blood. Though, I'm not sure whether Hidan can become one because a living body is required and Hidan's body is no ordinary living body - it is immortal.

And what if Hidan can also open all the 8 gates? O_O

Hashirama would definitely be very OP. He makes the top 10 even with Naruto and Sasuke's power-ups, and the Juubi Jins and the Otsutsuki family.

Also Might Guy. As a Juubi Jin, it's possible that he would be able to use Eight Gates without dying.

Obviously, Naruto and Sasuke, as well as Ashura and Indra. Hagoromo's brother as a Juubi Jin would probably have been on par with Hagoromo himself.
