Edo Tensei is easily countered with anyone with Sealing Technique and Genjutsu.

Amaterasu is questionable, but can be absorb or the part of the body can be removed before taken any further damage.

Gates is questionable, but it can be defended against as it is just Taijutsu.

Obviously every jutsu has weaknesses. The point is to find the hardest one to counter.
