I think Kirin because it's undodgable and it's a one hit KO

But you need preparation (if you take it into account)

I´ll always say TnJ, not so hard to master and you can´t really dodge it.
Plus, you can always improvise mid-battle and the results are usually devastating.

Itachi didn't die after being hit with kirin, so it's not a 1-hit KO.

I say plot-no-jutsu cause it works every time.

We know Susanoo tanked Kirin, so Susanoo' is more OP than it, but kotoamatsukami is a genjutsu that even works on edo tensei'd ppl. heck, edo tensei is even more powerful since all the edo's will reform.

Itachi only survived because of Susanoo. That jutsu is HAX

Kirin is easily nullified with Wind Release, plus, Preta Path can absorb it...:scorps:

Banbutsu Sōzō - It made the modern world and essentially destroyed the Jubi. Amaterasu and Kirin are easily next right after it because they are Sasuke's strongest techniques (other than arguably Susano'o).

Preta path can't absorb it and I've yet to see a wind release user that can clash and nullify it before it can touch the ground. And how does it being able to be countered make it not overpowered? It vaporized one of the most powerful defenses in the manga.

OP: The most overpowered techniques are creation of all things and shiki fujin. Creation because it is the ultimate technique of the Rikudo and it can literally do any the user can think of. Shiki fujin because no matter how powerful the opponent, if you can just last the preparation time for the technique, you will win, and by sending your opponent to hell no less, and all at the measly cost of your soul being sent to hell as well where you are forced to fight for eternity.
