I personally think the time-rewinding jutsu of madara's ems is one of the best techniques ever.

Also his rinbo is op as shit, the 4 rinbo clones that surrounded him, damn.

As for other jutsu, obito's kamui is nice, kaguya's teleportation too.

Hashirama's mokujin also.
