I still hate all of them.
I really don’t understand how obito is the least Obnoxious when shisui has like 0 panel time. Considering his constant repetition of rin, and his copy paste motives, he’s def not the least obnoxious. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think madara is any better as far as motivation or reason, but obito gets way too much praise for being a ho hum villain, the fact that he was better before we knew it was obito(regardless of if it was mads or not) kinda proves that imo
Shisui is an angel who with his anime/novel showed quite a bit of depth. Yeah, I just admitted should be lower.
Rin is outright stated to be a metaphor for his pain and radicalisation. Give the character a chance and every mention of Rin you'll realise isn't repeating, but adding more to his motivation or explaining his twisted layers more.
Madara is technically the copy/paste of Obito's motives from a reader's perspective. I don't think anybody has ever given Obito nearly enough praise, being one of the most misunderstood characters in the series and i'd disagree with you about Tobi being better. View it as the same character and Obito's true vulnerability obviously comes out when he has his mask stripped from him.

I get the metaphor and all, I just didn’t need it hammered in, adult obitos panel time to rin mentioning ratio is insane to me. It’s also more of a catalyst than a metaphor, I get that it wasn’t “I’m casting IT because of rin” but it’s really hard to believe that when we’re again told that he’d be able to be in a world with rin in it, and that a world without rin isn’t worth living in. Just dropping her name out for awhile until obito actually died would of done wonders, but nah, we had to keep hearing about rin
Right, so I was in the same boat about the 'You let Rin die' reveal as everyone else at first, I personally found myself being won over throughout the arc up until his defeat, because Kishi added more to it every single time she was mentioned or shown.

Excuse the mini essay but through his one earthly attachment we get detachment, his genuine psychological denial of reality, to exploring the Naruto/Obito parallel of a protagonist as well as Madara's radicalisation. Obito basically was indoctrinated into a cult and sculpted into a man he hated, just so he could find 'his' Rin and with it, a world where he can guide people to a twisted idealistic Utopia of denial.
Also, it probably helps i'm a little romantic. BUT OBITO AND RIN ISN'T ROMANTIC AT ALL. It's tragic as all hell because despite him being moulded into Madara, he still died under those rocks with his last thoughts being about Rin. Because from there he's still a bitter 30 something man who psychologically disconnected from that point. Of course he thinks about this image of a girl from decades ago, back when there was good in the world- bc that was his last thought as Obito Uchiha and he mentally hasn't been able to progress since there. His life was taken from him and thus, filled with regrets.

It's all one character.
The regrets chapter hits me like a ton of bricks. I'm sure I don't have to link the quotes where Obito/Kishi outright state it isn't just about Rin because you seem like you're already a cut above that lot. But yeah, I view it as some of Kishi's best writing and his defeat- the greatest chapter IMO.
I’m not gonna lie that was pretty well thought out and made me view the obito thing diff, but I’m still not the biggest fan, nor much of a fan of his. Yea he was radicalized by mads, but it was his own choice to be, to pursue that dream world he wanted. He was well within his means to go back to konoha after seeing rin(these are ninja btw, in the middle of war no less) and still do something with his life. The person we’re shown as rin a.) wasn’t romantically interested in obito(it was more of a saku naruto thing) and b.) as we saw, wouldn’tve wanted him to become what he became. And that’s not adding into the fact the things obito could of accomplished or done if he stayed in konoha. Mads orchestrated what he needed to see, but he didn’t push him off the ledge, because of rin, the rest came after as far as motive. He’s not as much of a victim as he’s made out to be. Plus his final fight with naruto and ems sasuke disappointed me, but that’s more a personal preference thing
Eh, what people view as obnoxious varies from person to person. Even when there's a set definition. Ordering them is a bit difficult, so I'll just mention what I found obnoxious about them instead in no particular order.
Shisui just seems less obnoxious than the rest since he had less exposure and this series tends to take a liking towards excessive nationalism- and he seems to be the most nationalistic out of the group in regards to supporting Konoha like Kagami.
But if you decide to take the novels as canon... he awakened his MS by letting his best friend (prior to Itachi) get slaughtered by the enemy because he was jealous. His former best friend was not from a prominent clan or had OP jutsu, so he felt horrible to be out-skilled by them. That's the most pathetic way an Uchiha awakened their MS out of the ways we've seen. He looked like he cared about his own reputation the most. The novels also hint that he committed suicide not only because he lost his eye but also because he wouldn't want to lose his honor by needing to choose a side during the coup- committing suicide allowed him to still be remembered fondly by both villagers and clan members. He didn't want to handle the larger burdens when he saw it was getting tough and entrusted it all to his much younger best friend. I don't know how SP is going to gloss this over in the upcoming spring episodes. But now that this is out of the way...
Fugaku was a crappy dad. The novels made that even moreso clear as well and his one redeeming quality as a family member was his death, sadly. But even that isn't much since it's made clear that he (via the novels) and his wife wouldn't have minded killing his son if the coup actually went down and they were fighting against him. Anything for the clan... even if your son is a part of said clan. They wouldn't cry about it like Itachi did for them. They just accepted death in the manga since their plans failed (they knew all the other members were dead so a coup was out of the question) and in the end they comforted their son since they admired his resolve. Fugaku was too prideful and blinded. He didn't see his clan would be outmatched by the village for the coup, even with their being an element of surprise and discounted his son from helping. Mikoto actually had the same issues but it was glossed over slighty with her motherly personality. How cute.
Sarada whined about her daddy issues and I just didn't like her. She bored me. Just an issue of personal taste. My fave from the new generation is Mitsuki and I'd like to hear more about his affiliation with his dad/mom/parental unit Orochimaru.
Obito, I liked quite a bit and the story surrounding him was nice. He had more relevance to both Naruto and Sasuke out of all the villains as well... but he was pretty pretentious in regards to his ideology... just as much as Naruto was.
Madara is an obscenely overpowered character. He had an all-around arrogant personality. I'd say he's the most traditional example of "obnoxious". I'd also add in Shippuden Sasuke since even Kishimoto makes the parallel distinct given he said at Comic-con "Madara is just a more evil version of Sasuke". Meh. Maddy was still fun to watch.
Itachi... meh. I think at times he's intentionally obnoxious in order to play mind-games with his opponent and decimate their self-esteem so the fight ends more quickly or is more apt to go in his favor. He was certainly stubborn when it came to his ideologies but when someone goes as far as he did for his beliefs- well it's understandable given his beliefs are all that he has. He's the most self-sacrificing shinobi. As far as being messiah-like, I think it got the worst during the fight with Kabuto given he was trying to get the latter to "think about what he was saying" as he mentioned for the jutsu itself. Izanami is a repetition of the fight. Kabuto needed to accept himself. You know the drill. Itachi needed to repeat himself for Kabuto's sake. I guess I find Itachi's personality the least obnoxious given he can back it up and it's more applicable to his situation and life than the other Uchiha. I wouldn't put him in the top 3. But I do agree that his techniques get out of hand. Always convenient for the plot. I like characters who utilize illusions but it became a bit overkill with this character. Probably why in the end I liked it better when he'd just use hand seals, his shurikenjutsu, and more traditionally "ninja" techniques. Kotoamatsukami, Izanami, Yata Mirror, etc annoyed me quite a bit. Made me like him less.
Sasuke in part one is not too obnoxious per say, just a loner. He only becomes obnoxious when it comes down to his inferiority complex involving Naruto or Itachi. Pretty understandable at that point, he had greater issues to deal with than any of his peers. Wouldn't put him in the top 3.
How is Sarada obnoxious? lol
Should of been removed to focus on the other Uchiha's, since her character story isn't finished yet anyway. You must be registered for see images
No clue.

I think good characters have a good and bad following. They'd have to really stretch the character to make her become dislikeable.

Like Boruto is really insufferable as a kid, but he's maturing now.
I think it would be good development if she fell, and then rose back up.
It's the whole Hinata v. Sakura, Naruto v. Sasuke thing.I'm just fine with the manga testing her in different ways to her father like Kishi started to do. She seems to have more in common with Itachi and Sakura than her father anyway. Now that she's in sticky Ikemoto hands though, who's to say she'll even get that much? The idea that there's people actively rooting against her is weird to me as she and Boruto are totally unthreatening and cute.
