1. Madara Uchiha (All depth stolen from Obito, ruined the manga by taking charge for a year. Bland, mangle of elitism and powers with a conflicting and dodgy motivation)
2. Sasuke Uchiha (edgy Revolutionist version with the pathetic fanbase.)
3. Itachi Uchiha (Broken moveset, overexposed/overhyped by author & fanbase alike. Modest & Comedic tho. Early Edo portrayal was obnoxiously wise & came across as smug/elitist Uchiha syndrome thanks to being Kishi's manga BF of that year)
4. Shisui / Izuna / Fugaku (every other nobody Uchiha who is probably overhyped)
5. Sasuke Uchiha (Not a complete selfish dickhead version.) Cold but quite funny & likeable. Boring moveset though.
6. Sarada Uchiha (Just all-round likeable and mature. A cooler version of Itachi)
7. Obito Uchiha

(Complex character with cool moveset & character development. Was the villain of all of Shippuden and relevant to every single lead character, causing most of the problems in the Shinobi world. Defeat was masterfully done and motive is constantly made redundant & overlooked by idiots who want more fanservice power fantasy Black haired pretty boys to make big Susanoo do explodey thing boom boom)​

Regardless it's Obito's character and motivation that is introduced to us throughout Shippuden. Chronologically from introduction as Tobi to the reveal of the mask to the Uchiha Massicre to the Kyuubi attack on Konoha it's Obito who we meet first and learn about his motivation.

Madara & Obito do NOT have the same attitude towards their plans and not the same motivation. Madara's is never explored enough to distance it from Obito's...who we meet first. Obito also is copying Madara's voice and identity but before and after that mask comes off it's his own reason for doing what he does. It's Obito's defeat that truly shows who he is, something Madara is never even allowed. Madara is a suave yet arrogant barbarian who relishes in bloodshed and psychopathically loves to 'feel his blood surge and his skin dance as he fights' and yet wants World Peace and is actually rather amicable, being a disgusting elitist, sexist but also wanting peace and equality for all. His character is a hobbled-together mess man xD

He's some meteors and a Susanoo to show off some big laser beams whilst Obito, Sausage & BZ carry the narrative.
Madara doesn't have actual deep charisma, he's a walking power fantasy with cool one-liners.

As for Obito's moveset, it's the rest of his character that earns him the no.#1 spot but he is a varied fighting, swapping up his fighting style almost every time we see him. Paper Bombs, Chains (Kyuubi attack), Fire style, Interesting use of Fire Style and the Six Paths not to mention everything he shows in that final battle.

More power to you for thinking Maddy brought that to the manga but honestly I just saw it as Naruto jumping the shark and falling off the edge.

Yeah it is. Sasuke is a character that interesting stuff happens TO but since the manga doesn't follow him it's pure speculation on how it affects him and in which ways his character grows, like that tear at the end of the Valley fight? If i'd saw something like that mid-Shippuden i'd likely be a huge Sasuke fan right now. He's ite, but it jsut feels like too little too late

Hmm I like the list you have here, but I do believe that Itachi is the least obnoxious of all the Uchihas. He was really humble as an Edo tensei too. Mr. Tobious Uchiha was a little obnoxious for good reasons too, so I agree with everything else for the most part.

With the curse seal that he had place on his heart, he really didn't have much of an option you know. Especially with the Uchiha's obsession over the loved ones, it's a condition that can't really be helped.
And his moveset also more than just kamui and a firestyle technique, he has a powerful genjustu more than most uchihas ever shown, Uchiha Kaenjin, Uchihagaeshi, Kurama summoning justu, mokuton, and I'm sure a few other things that he shown in the series too.
