You know, a character that doesn't get mentioned often? Or when they do get mentioned, most people think he\she is just OK and nothing less or more?

Wouldn't be Shino. He's not exactly "middle of the road", as when he is mentioned most tend to like him or at least have the positive attitude of thinking he deserves more appearances. While it's less common to see him disliked.
