For me, Mei and Kurenai.

We need more background info on both of them. All we know about Mei is that she's the Mizukage. And all we know about Kurenai is that she's a genjutsu master. She's only shown one jutsu throughout the whole series! What a waste of a character who has so much potential!

There also Rin and Toka Senju but eh...

udon and moegi i knowi know it sounds silly but if you think about it they're part of konohamaru's team and out of the 3 of them we've only seen a glimpse of konohamaru's abilities but nothing from udon and moegi, even though we don't know who konohamaru's are what we do know is that his uncle is asuma sarutobi who's also the son of hiruzen sarutobi the previous 3rd hokage who's konohamaru's grandfather meaning that konohamaru is a sarutobi but like i said what about the other 2 when are we gonna see their abilities,who are they related to etc etc etc so there you have it see ya later alligators.
