Juugo is still a ways off and atm temped to let Orochimaru take Sasuke's body, Karin is about to fall which gonna delay them more, and all the while Sasuke' s body is just growing colder.
I sincerely think that any help Sasuke gets atm will come from the mystery man. He is the closest after all.
