Well, Bleach has people such as;

Urahara (Most intelligent Bleach character)
Aizen (Highly intelligent, to the point where he rivals Urahara)
Yamamoto (Master strategist and Tactician)
Ulquiorra (Gifted with great insight and understanding of situations at hand)

There are enough examples. So honestly, I'm not sure. I'm giving the edge to Bleach, though.
