Here are Temari's intelligence feats:

Shikamaru, she was able to notice that the

The fight at this point only lasted a few minutes so her being able to notice such slight differences is a superior analytical feat compared to even Neji, who has the advantage of 360 degree vision. Also Temari's mathematical skills surpass even those of prodigious astronomers, mathematicians, physicists and engineers. She managed to accurately measure the distance between her and Shikamaru, to the nearest centimetre, without actually measuring it (

). Later on, she somehow managed to measure the angle the sun had travelled through the sky and managed to measure how long Shikamaru's shadow can extend using the knowledge of the limits of Shikamaru's shadows previously and the change in position of the Sun (

). It is quite perplexing for her to be able to do all these calculations inside her head in the heat of battle without having to use a calculator or paper to do so. In other words, she is both a human ruler and calculator. As a matter of fact, I don't recall anyone in this manga, or in real life, having such great mathematical skills. Although, I might be wrong about this so show me an example that exceeds this.

By feats and hype sakura.
Though Tsunade is more knowledgeable due to age, though sakura wins this.
By feats she is smarter than Shikamaru
Sakura was really running the autopsy with Shizune she seemed to know more about the zetsu

Sakura figured out Obito's Intangibility before Hinata (Byakugan on) & Kakashi (Noted for his Intelligence)
She found a antidote for a poison that a veteran Medicine creator like Chiyo couldn't find in a day.
She figured out the weak spot of the Byakugan and striked Kaguya.
She was able to extract Poison from Kankouro.
She was able to pass the written part of the exams.
She figured out Zetsu's whole Plan and how he was using Hashi's cells.
Sasuke noted she had the best analytical abilities out of the whole of Team 7.
Second would be Konan/Tsunade.

I'd say Temari or Konan. Both of them fought while thinking steps ahead if possible. They're both really skilled and understand what can happen in an outcome and quickly plan for it.
