Most intelligent character?

In the series there has been a couple characters who are way more intelligent than anybody else. In my opinion, the candidates for the most intelligent are :
Itachi (planned Sasuke's growth in power and restoration to the Uchiha name; so far he's failed since Sasuke is changing now, it could be considered a success)

Madara (planned the Infinite Tsukiyomi mission, planned his own death and revival using people as his puppets; hasn't succeeded yet but was still revived)

Shikaku (supposed to be the most intelligent man in Konoha until his death; was the "brain" of the alliance)

Shikamaru (always defeats people who are stronger than him by using strategies he makes up on the spot - even when he has no info on them)

(Minato might of been here if we got to see more feats).

Soooo... Who do you think the most intelligent character is?

I forgot about Orochimaru. I considered Obito but then I realised that all his actions were just instructions from Madara. I know Sasori is intelligent but I can't remember any of his intelligence feats other than taking down a nation (if that counts).

Kakashi, shikamaru, minato, itachi and light yagami(if he was a naruto character) but even so if I had to pick an intelligent naruto character it would be shikamaru leaving combat aside he is easily the smartest

Is it battle perception and strategy formulation or future insight???

If it's battle strategy then there can be a lot of names included especially naruto and sasuke.
If it's the other one i'd have to say Itachi,madara,kabuto and obito.They are head and shoulders above everyone else in predicting the future.

Well Sasori created the most lethal poison in NV, he is the only one able to create Human puppets, he figured out how to surpass a normal puppeter's limits and he turned himself into a human puppet.
