Well, who do you think is the most inspirational character in Naruto? Why is he the most inspirational to you?
For me, it's Lee, he dosen't have Ninjutsu, or genjutsu, but he didn't give up, he didn't let it bring him down, during the fight with Gaara he got up and ready to fight when he was unconscious, it was sheer will....so, that being said, who is it it for you? Why?

Rock Lee. The busts his ass and doesn't have ninjutsu or genjutsu. He works hard and always challenges himself to be better than he was the day before. Knock him down and he'll get back up. He wasn't born in a special clan or been born with natural talent, the dude works hard. That's respectable.

Naruto is cool and everything but I feel Lee had to bust his ass more than the Child of the Prophecy.

Naruto, Gaara, Itachi, and Kakashi.

The last one may be a surprise but Kakashi has been through a lot: Father ridiculed and then suicided. Best friend "sacrificed" himself, comrade forced him to kill her (who loved Kakashi btw), broken promise, Sensei was killed, student went rogue, and now he fights his best friend in a war. His guilt is eating him alive right now but he's still on the right path, I respect him a lot for that =D

It's sickening how no one voted for Lee. Rock Lee is a million times the hard worker Naruto ever will be and easily the most inspirational fictional character in existence. The guy has no ninjutsu or genjutsu yet became a splendid shinobi anyways through sheer will and practice. He fought the strongest teenager in Naruto without ninjutsu nor genjutsu yet still almost won, when even Jounin with ninjutsu or genjutsu would lose. He was fighting Gaara while unconscious and never gave up. Even while hospitalized and unable to move he was doing 200 push ups a day and recovered despite him being told he'd never become a shinobi. He's the quintessential hard worker and the pinnacle of determination.

Lee, Gaara, Jiraiya, and Naruto were always inspiring individuals.

But out of all of them I'd have to go with part 1 Lee. Man that guy got me off my lazy ass to actually do things instead of complain.
