His life is the perfect example of how bad life really sucks, but he still move forward with his life. Trying to make the best out of it. Not like Obito and Nagato, trying to change the world in their view because shit happened.

Whether or not Kakashi changed other people, but the concept of his life is very close to reality. And I think that's pretty good message to people.
