It's bringing Sasuke back. Naruto said that he can't become Hokage till after that and he already risked everything to get sasuke instead of protecting his friends. Such as when he went to the land of iron

2- To become greater than Hokages(esp. To surpass his Dad in awesomeness)
3- To protect his friends(even from his old friends)
4- To protect Konoha and maintain peace among villages...
5- To bring Sasuke back if he hadn't declared an attack on Konoha...
