Overall, I would say Gaara conveniently surviving death, due to Chiyo's Jutsu is the most illogical.

The fact that this new jutsu, that we have never heard about, appears out of nowhere.
& there is only 1 woman around who knows that jutsu.
& she happens to be right next to Gaara at that moment in time is absolute b******t.

But out of the ones you wrote, Pell surviving the nuke makes least sense. Must have gone "Indiana Jones Style" and hid in a fridge or some shit...
